The Trevor Osborne Property Group is a Private Company operating under the chairmanship of Trevor Osborne. The Company which is owned by its Chairman and Family Trusts was founded in 1973 and has undertaken a large number of high quality development projects, many of which involve both historic buildings and local authority partnerships with an emphasis on mixed use environments. Typical projects range from £2 million to £50 million in value.
The Company has a detailed understanding of working relationships with local authorities necessary to deliver partnership projects and has a recognised expertise in complex developments linking public and private sector interests.
